I was so excited to order a blanket for Christmas for my daughter, but still have yet to receive it months after ordering. I was originally sent the wrong blanket (wasn’t what I ordered and had a dog face of someone else’s dog, not the one I submitted). I reached out to customer service. They assured me a corrected blanket was on the way and would get to our house by Christmas (I first ordered Dec 1). It’s now Feb 2, customer service does not respond to my emails. I have no blanket and no refund. Total waste of $70.
