Terrible experience. Received the wrong order. I let customer service know and included photos of what I ordered vs what I received. I got an email back asking for photos so I sent photos again. I followed up and didn’t hear back. I finally submitted an issue with PayPal and PupSocks responded at that time asking AGAIN for photos. I heard nothing back after sending photos. Ultimately, PayPal issued me a refund.
