this company is a total scam. i never received my order. you can only contact them by email; no phone number provided. in response to my emails, they send me form letters within one minute that are long and detailed to make me think they're legit, but they are clearly form letters they send to everyone. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. the worst part is now I don't have xmas gifts for two people..
