I ordered a fleece blanket from here. Fleece blankets are supposed to be soft and cuddly. The blanket I received is stiff and feels like felt. I ordered a blanket from here before a couple years back and the quality was great. Obviously it's not the same quality now. Their FAQ says to reach out to them if there are issues - I have now emailed 3 times and no response and that is the only option for contacting them. I do not actually think they have customer support! I have been scammed out of $50.
