I think the return policy could use an upgrade, and adopting an exchange policy would also be nice. I also noticed a few of your items lately being named exactly as Free People names theirs. You guys have something awesome going; don’t try to be like FP. Just do your own thing. Your prices can also be pretty darn high in relation to the quality sometimes. Just sometimes!
