“Customer service is a joke. Even the chat box is rude. Shipping is really slow. I contacted chat to see the status of my order and the tone was rude. I went of town and missed my 3 day return window. They dress they shipped is damaged. Companies like this make it hard to support non chain shops. I would steer clear.”
“I’ve been met with such cryptic answers. I’ve found the pricing to be very suspicious. You put sale items into your cart and then when you go to check out it’s doubled in price. Or just regular priced items seem to increase A LOT once you go to check out. Feels very unethical, won’t be ordering here.”
“Customer service has been extremely disappointing. If you're considering ordering with expedited shipping—don’t expect it to arrive on time. I specifically paid extra for faster shipping, and now, six days later, my order hasn't even left the warehouse.
I received no meaningful support, no resolution, and was told a refund wasn't possible—including for the expedited shipping fees that were clearly not honored.
You would expect customer satisfaction to be a priority, but based on my experience, that doesn't seem to be the case here. I regret trying this company and will not be returning.”
“I would not recommend this company, and most certainly would not be purchasing from them again. I had placed an order on a jumper, hoping it would arrive in time for my travels. When I went to place the order, the delivery estimated it would arrived 1-2 days before my travel date. So I went ahead and placed the order. Of course the item arrived 2 days later, than the delivery estimate. So I did not get to try it on for my travel dates. When I finally got back, and was able to try it on; I did quite enjoy it. However I had placed my phone in my pocket the 1st time wearing it, and went about my business. Later to discover my phone missing because of a huge hole in the pocket, that I was not aware of. When I reached out to the company to address this issue, they said you only have 3 days to reach out about any returns/exchanges/issues; and that once you wear it, you can’t return it! So make sure you ready their policies before ordering, because apparently they are quite strict! Even with a manufacturing issue, that they should be responsible for….they have “not my problem” attitude, and were quite condescending in their communications. So I most certainly will never be ordering from this company again. That was the 1st and last time. Which is a shame, since I am repeat customer when it comes to clothing brands I fall In love with. This company does not meet the mark, and clearly does not care about their customers.”
“I ordered the Paisley Kimono in Brown in September for a trip to Nashville. I love this kimono. It's a lightweight fabric but it's a lot of material so it is a little heavier at the bottom. I absolutely love the color. I have a warmer skintone and this complimented me well. I've tried styling it open, belted, tied up, over dresses, jeans, and even a swimsuit. My biggest piece of feedback would be the length. I'm 5'5" and it's long on me even in heels so you either have to belt it, tie it up, or pin it up if you don't want it to drag on the ground. The back is slightly longer in the front which normally I love, but it is something to keep in mind if you're shorter.”
