My merchandise arrived in a mailer and the shirts were stuffed and wrinkled in clear plastic bags. they looked like they were ready for the Goodwill donation bin. The overall quality was cheap and ugly. One other item shipped in duplicate... never noticed I was charged for 2...had to drive 16 miles away to return. Never again
