Today, I was really disappointed in this company. I absolutely love shopping here and I have never had an issue. I felt like they took care of their customers. A couple of weeks ago I made a purchase that included a stunning sweater. It is so comfortable and it just goes with everything. After about two weeks of owning it, and wearing it a handful of times (mainly using it to warm up in class- so just sitting there..), the threading on both pockets unraveled. After this happened I reached out and asked if I could exchange it for another one and was told, "We kindly ask that all customers report all damaged, missing or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery." My order was literally delivered 2 weeks ago. When I explained that if it had arrived that way I would have reported it, (but this is from the quality of the threading), I was told they were sorry and could report it to the "quality" team, but nothing more since it was out of the three-day window.
Look, these clothes are not exactly cheap and I am fully aware that I am the one spending my money on them, however, I do expect the quality to represent what I am paying for. This isn't it.
