Love the clothes this company has, BUT the return /exchange policy is awful. Can't return anything unless you want to pay $8 plus to do so, no exchange offered. Was told to buy same item in a smaller size when I received an XL dress the size of a camping tent (best guess would 3XL or so actual size range ) and then return the item i purchased by paying $8 to do so ( item was priced at $16) s aller size was not available, and I won't be paying anyone to keep something I purchased. Shein and Temu have figured out a way to return and exchange cheap $3 and $5 items , Three Bird Nest is very expensive and should certainly have a strong return /exchange policy. Sucks because the clothes really are nice !
