I didn’t even know about this company until I checked my bank statement today (yes I know I should but I don’t check them often) and they have been taking £26 a month for god knows how long I don’t even know how they got my bank details. The £26 they have been taking is set up as a direct debit that I had no clue about. I’ve cancelled the direct debit and when I called them to tell them and ask why they’ve been taken money they kept taking and they was literally no reply. She just said “how am I supposed to know what’s happened and told me to shut up” then she hung up. Absolutely disgusting behaviour DO NOT have anything to do with this fraudulent company everything is a SCAM!!!
