I'm nearly 60 years old and have serious mental health issues and bc of this scam I will have to go without stuff like food and heating over Xmas. I thought as a curtesy they’d be interested that someone has set up a fictiious account but they weren’t interested . ABSOLUTE FRAUD COMPANY !”

“I purchased a 3 contract for data roaming in the USA. the service was very poor on the west cosat of Florida. Since then I haven't used the phone and mislaid it when we moved. I then got a letter threatening me with debt collectors as the service had been suspended as they couldn't collect money. I paid this off, told them the circumstances and asked them to cancel. I was then told that I would have to pay for an extra 28 days to cancel the contract. They rob you left right and centre. I will never use their service again. They couldn't even change my billing address as I needed to have my lost phone to do it.”

“Network coverage for 3 is appalling. It has gotten steadily worse over the last year. Wandering around looking to get one bar signal, calls dropping in and out, have to switch phone on and off numerous times a day. Numerous phone calls to customer service who check signal and state signal "isn't as strong as we would like". That's no good to me paying £35 a month for a bad signal. Coverage in southern Ireland was gr8 but up in Northern Ireland is atrocious, especially in the country. Have been chatting to neighbours and EE signal is a lot better with no issues. Planning to move to EE at end of the month.”
“I took out a broadband contract and a mobile sim card based on a promise of a TV with it. I even threw away my old TV in expectation of a new one coming. I canceled my previous contract with another provider based on this as well.
The TV never showed up. I called 5 different times over 50 days and each time some sleazy talking jerk who kept on promising me future delivery which never happened. I have a legal case for fraud and scam against these crook.s”
“Was promised a broadband deal with TV offer to be left on hold for nearly 3hours called a liar by there unprofessional Indian team they don't want to know within the time period I was told twice I could have it then told bluntly I couldn't complete waste of time .I've two additional mobile phone lines I will be cancelling and going back to my old provider after a young guy on chat in a store in Stockport told me I was in my rights to leave and to stick the phones up my b-- so I hope they still all have jobs I won't ever use them again worst company I've dealt with after a 5year period and I'm looking into trading standards and ombudsman”
