Unacceptable – charged for a year without my knowledge. Three has been taking £7/month from my account for over a year for a second Smartwatch Pairing Plan I never asked for, never authorised, and never even knew existed. I only have one Apple Watch, and never received any confirmation or notification about this second line. When I finally discovered the issue and contacted support, they admitted it was active and offered just a £20 refund — completely ignoring the fact that I’ve been overcharged for over 12 months. This is not just a technical error. It’s borderline fraud. I’ve raised a formal complaint and if it’s not resolved properly, I’ll escalate it to the Ombudsman. Totally unacceptable from a major telecom provider.
