Would give 0 if I could or negative. Simply the worst network provider one can sign up with:
1) weak and useless signal (can’t work in buildings)
2) worst customer service experience. Can’t even verify my name properly and makes the whole process so tedious which I suspect is turn ppl away from disputing charges
3) after returning my device with DPD they still dare to email me with the intention to charge me for the home broadband hub when I already got confirmation more than a month back that I’ve returned it.
