THRIFTY CAR RENTAL SEVILLE AIRPORT
I would have given zero stars if I could. The checkin representative was extremely rude calling my wife the equivalent of a ‘female dog.’. When pointing out to the check in representative that Apple Car Play did not work with any of 3 Smart Phones, resulting in no navigation, no checking of the car was performed. A replacement car was not provided. This lead to a high excess mileage charge. They also add previously undisclosed costs.
PLEASE DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS COMPANY.
