I tried to purchase 2 tickets for the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. However, I received an error indicating payment failure. At the same moment, I received an email stating that my order was pending, and I would receive tickets in 6 (!!!) hours if my payment succeeded, even though I had purchased tickets at 12:30 PM for 1 PM (!!!), meaning that even if my payment went through, I could wait only 30 minutes. Consequently, my husband bought tickets from another source. However, Thrillophilia sent me the tickets 10 minutes later (which we didn't use) and declined any refund, despite confirming a payment glitch. Furthermore, their support provides rather "dry," generic responses written by Chat GPT. On multiple subsequent attempts to visit their website, I encountered various glitches, and sometimes the website wouldn't open at all. I have a suspicion that it might be a cheap, low-quality company.
