The follow up by Komal soon after the sales call was the best part. She explained me the entire itinerary like from day 1 till last day. She tried hard to get us the best hotels as it was a last minute booking. I mentioned the trip I plan is for my parents. I got a call to check if parents carry medicines with them. All these added up for a very good experience. I don't think any other agency does that, and Komal was a fantastic co-ordinator
