I'm really disappointed about Thrillophilia.com, once I had purchased a Van Gogh Museum Tickets in Amsterdam (BKD9QBZWGQG) paid for that, receive the confirmation but never receive my QR code.
My wife and I spend 2 hours in front of the museum waiting for the tickets that should be sent by e-mail, but never get it.
I have open four tickets complains to Thrillophilia.com, but they just close my request without any answer. At least I would get my money back
