We had booked our flights through thrillophillia for our Kenya trip. While we did recently discover that the return flights were cancelled by the carrier themselves, we informed the same to Vivekanandha and he was able to help with the refund (the amount is yet to be processed) by working with the flight team and provide us with alternate options for the return. Vivekandha was prompt, always available to provide information before/during the trip. He had also followed up with us during the trip and ensured that the trip went safely.
