Kumkum, our point of contact, ensured that we were well taken care of by taking our feedback daily during the 6-day, 5-night journey. The ground team, especially guides Debu and Pankaj, were exceptional and provided great support throughout the trip. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. Everything was fantastic. The trip organizers were awesome and supportive, making our adventure filled with fun and excitement. I would rate this experience 4 out of 5 stars.
