Service in Thrillophilia is quite good, didn't face any situation where I need returns or refund so can't say how it works in Thrillophilia, but yes the guide I got, the food they provided and guidance was good and it was my first trek so was really happy with the services provided by Thrillophilia. The POC Harsh is also very supportive .
