They just don’t seem to be bothered about customer service. I am struggling to get quote for spiti tour on email since last 2 days. Multiple people come on call when asked for manager escalation. But no one stands by their committment. In last 2 days have spoken to Aditya, Sahil and Ayushi from their Jaipur team. No one is bothered. They have enough customer bookings so they have no sensitivity towards customer service. Finally gave up now. Going with other tour operator
