[21/06, 17:33] Pardeep Sandhu: I am very much disappointed for hotel selection in Christchurch. They haven't provide buffet breakfast and quality of food is not upto mark. Also attractions at Christchurch not covered under my trip like city tram tour, lake visit, hagley park and some of more attractions in Christchurch. Kindly let me know, if other hotels at lake tekapo and queenstown are pretty good or not. While booking this package , i specially ask you to book 4 star or equivalent hotels, but my very first hotel at Christchurch was not upto my satisfaction. Also there is no local contact number, to contact in case I face some problem here. Kindly look into this issue. One more thing, Rental car insurance do not cover Road Side Assistance , i have to pay extra for that. I have to spend extra bucks for all these. Thanks and Regards
