Worst travel planning experience ever - Europe The only good part was the initial planning stage — the salesperson had good knowledge of places and activities. But from the moment the first payment was made, communication dropped drastically. Visa process was mishandled with errors, poor guidance, and split slots. Overpriced hotels and flights, major itinerary mismanagement — including missed activities and crammed schedules that ruined special days. Transfers not booked, support unresponsive, vouchers sent last-minute and out of order. Overall, a frustrating and exhausting experience I would never recommend.
