We had booked a Europe tour including stays in Paris and Rome. A sudden family emergency forced us to cancel everything. Normally, hotel bookings are non-refundable, so I had very little hope. But Thrillophilia’s team somehow managed to negotiate with their partners and got us a full refund for all the tours. It took some back and forth, but we didn’t lose a single rupee. Very commendable job 👏👏👏👏
