I had to cut short my Ladakh trip midway as I fell seriously unwell after the first couple of days. i assumed there would be no refund since the tour had already begun. But when I informed Thrillophilia, they considered my situation and arranged a partial refund for the unused part of the trip. It wasn’t the full amount, but it felt fair, and I genuinely appreciated their understanding. The process took two weeks , but the way they handled it left me with a positive impression despite my trip ending early.
