I sent an email and received a super prompt reply. I telephoned them and found Alex the Account Manager to be pleasant, professional and listened to my query. He advised me and prompted an action to resolve the query. Fantastic company to work with especially for new agents like myself who cannot afford other paid portals like Rightmove and Zoopla and OnTheMarket.com that I cannot join due to not meeting their joining criteria. I would recommend any agent and property owner to use TheHouseShop.
