Their refund policy is extortion and I am talking to a lawyer and other tradesmen now about a class action lawsuit as we have all had similar experiences with them sending referrals not within our preferences, charging us for them and then providing an airiness “we have reviewed the request and it’s not eligible for refund”. I have a dozen pros that have been screen shorting and tracking the experience and we have engaged a lawyer. Thumbtack is absolute extortion.
