I am extreamly upset by the way, my thunder buddy turned out. I ordered it from my best friend when I went abroad so she would have a funny way to keep me at her apartment, but it turned out so god-awful and demented it barely looks like me. It is not at all what was advertised to me, and when I tried to email for help or explanation received nothing back. Overall, such a poor experience will not be ordering from this company again
