“I placed my order on 12/5 and I still havent received it. I was contacted on 12/20 about a missing file for my order which is still 16 days after my initial order. Advertising 12 business days was completely false because it has almost been a month and I still havent received my order and it was supposed to be a xmas gift.”

“Horrible customer service. I ordered this as a Christmas gift and it took over a month to get it. It did not arrive in time for Christmas. Once I got the order it was bad quality. I feel scammed and this is not a company you should do business with.”

“Since I have placed my order, and it was shipped, I have not received any word. My last notification said that it was being shipped to the origin country and I haven’t heard anything from them since. It is past the 12 business day Mark that I was told I would receive it by and with these being Christmas gifts I am very disappointed that I wasn’t able to give them to my loved ones. I thought this service was going to be a little faster next time I will have to order way in advance since it takes this long. It would be great if there was a better way to get in contact with someone that could tell you the arrival date or when it was sent or something a little more reliable than the Internet. Spring NL is a horrible shipping company and I get little to no information.”

“I was quite shocked when I opened the package and saw the pillow with my grandson's face on it. I won't be giving it to him as I think he will be frightened. If I had seen a preview of what it would look like, I would not have ordered it. Thank you”

“Waiting on an email response as I received my order of 5 dog toys yesterday and they have NO SQUEAKERS! Product description guarantees a squeaker in each dog toy. Hoping to get a response to get a refund or products remade and shipped as advertised.”

“I spent a bunch of time lining up the picture so it showed the witch hat. The design I set up was not followed. The face was too big and you can’t see the hat. It looks dumb.”
