Horrendous company. Ordered watch for Christmas. No contact or correspondence from tic2toc and after emailing them they cancelled my order ( 4 days before Christmas). No explanation or apology, just an email stating “ your order has been cancelled”. Avoid using at all costs and would never recommend them. The same watch is still for sale and it says on their website that there is approximately 292 watches still available.
