“Ordered my fiancée a watch for Christmas first choice was out of stock but t2t suggested alternatives, one chosen order placed and received no problem. Christmas happy wife to be.... 2weeks down the line watch has stopped numerous calls just get same message saying they experiencing large number of calls (if they answered maybe the queue would decrease!).
As message suggests emailed customer services few times now with no reply. Want to believe they are having issues at moment but as other reviewers suggest think I need to buy another watch from another shop as this one may be closing down!”

“I ordered the watch before Christmas and the delivery was great however this was returned over 2 weeks ago - special delivery so I know you have it and despite numerous emails to you I have received no acknowledgement nor my refund which I am entitled to in line with your Christmas returns policy”
“They have my returned watch that was sent for repair within guarantee and sent me an email saying they were unable to repair it so would send me a total refund of £139 the cost of the watch and 6 weeks later after 8 unanswered emails and several unanswered phone call attempts, I have received nothing. “Horrendous company. Ordered watch for Christmas. No contact or correspondence from tic2toc and after emailing them they cancelled my order ( 4 days before Christmas). No explanation or apology, just an email stating “ your order has been cancelled”. Avoid using at all costs and would never recommend them. The same watch is still for sale and it says on their website that there is approximately 292 watches still available.”
