They have my returned watch that was sent for repair within guarantee and sent me an email saying they were unable to repair it so would send me a total refund of £139 the cost of the watch and 6 weeks later after 8 unanswered emails and several unanswered phone call attempts, I have received nothing. I need help to retrieve this and they never reply to my emails.
