There was no clear address on the ticket also when finely find the address in cineword cinema in Wembley outlet , there was nothing there , We had to ask manager and showed our tickets but he was shocked as no such an event existed, I tried send a complain a few times but unfortunately I didn’t get any email back or help, very disappointed with your service and most un trusted websites , they phone always goes to answer machine and not anybody responsible
