I received no email regarding a refund request for rolling loud Portugal or any communication at all.
After the event was postponed to 2021 there was no communication after this didn’t go ahead. I am now being told there was a refund request form that was not communicated?
I have requested a refund multiple times over email. Why wouldn’t they communicate this.
To be honest I won’t be purchasing tickets through ticket arena again. They changed their terms and conditions after payment and have proceeded to take customers money after that.
