Your website was very laggy when I tried to buy a ticket. It kept showing tickets that weren't actually available to buy.
Also, when I tried to make an account soon afterwards, it didn't work. Although I emailed your customer service, I didn't get a proper response (it didn't even feel like it was coming from a person). The link I was given didn't work.
