I have emailed umpteen times yet not replying. I was unable to go to an event 27th January as I was around a family member over Christmas that didn’t realise they were positive for covid. I did end up contracting covid so a very good job I didn’t go.
I did receive an email on 28th to say I could sell my tickets on. Of course this was too late! I’m £50 owed and very rude not to have a response.
