The system for buying tickets was not great. I was put in a queue exactly at 9am for a super early bird ticket which took forever, it eventually said that I had one in my basket and then the system crashed meaning that I was then only able to purchase a 1st release ticket. Obviously this is annoying as I had to pay more even though I was told I had a super early bird in my basket. This also happened to a couple of friends of mine who were only able to get 2nd release for the system to then tell them that 1st release tickets were still available
