The booking process is very smooth and I can’t fault it. The problem I had was that the booking fee was almost £5 per ticket! I don’t know if this charge is set by Ticket Arena or by the event organiser, but it is several times more expensive than other bookings I’ve made online, and the fact that it is a charge per ticket is completely unreasonable.
