The purchase was easy enough but using the drinks vouchers at the festival was a nightmare. The machines on most pre topped up charging points were having problems so you’d have one person with the only functioning machine charging wrist bands for two queues. My friend didn’t do the pre wrist band top up online and she was served straight away as she didn’t have to join the ‘pre charged wrist band top up’ queues.
