If you'd asked this 12 months ago I'd have given a 5!!
However I followed all the online instructions & finished placing my order, then received an (obviously now) automated email from you saying I hadn't completed my order & it took me back online to start again, with a timer counting me down!!
After placing my order again, I then got confirmation my first order had been accepted, but then a second confirmation for the same order with a different confirmation number. I rang & spoke to your receptionist who cancelled the second & sent an email confirmation. But I've had to ring my bank & register to check I'm not double charged!!
Very annoying!
How can a 'timer restricted none completion' be sent out like that?
