I clicked the link the minute tickets were released waited in a queue only to be told that there was now nothing in my basket, I had to start the process again and ended up paying £12 more than other people who went on the link minutes after me, if a tier of tickets sells out you should automatically move to the next tier not have to go back and begin the process again
