your login/checkout system needs work, I struggled to check out under a new register. I entered all my details (inc credit card details), then right at the end of the process, your system said I was already registered and wiped the order. In the end, I found out it was because id used my facebook to log in on a previous event. If you had of made this cleared, or kept my details so I didn't have to re-enter them all, it would have been a much better checkout process.
