The login system was broken as I had previously logged in with facebook. When clicking that option this time, nothing happened. Then when trying to create an email account it wouldn't allow me right at the very end as it said I had previously used FB. Excellent. After 2 password resets and spamming incorrect passwords to lock my account it finally let me use my email as a login. Maybe get your web dev to have a look at that.
Also 50p charge for e-ticket? Don't be ticketmaster.
