Confusing website, I ended up paying £20 more for tickets that I didn't need to because the website was not clear and then the customer service representative told me they could not refund me because it wouldn't be fair on other customers. These times it wasn't fair for me to have to pay more just because the website is unclear!! Not happy but acceptable because at least I was able to purchase tickets.
