It took a while to sign up, I feel there should be an option to buy without an account (maybe through PayPal - that way you get an email, and customers don't have to sign up to another ticket provider)
Aside from that minor bugbear, I'm satisfied with the rest of the purchase process, and the ticket PDF was delivered promptly.
