As good as other comparable large ticket distributors. As with all I am of the opinion that any charges for delivering an e-ticket is ridiculous, considering it is clearly an automated and streamlines process to generate and send the tickets as a PDF. I also feel the same with booking fees. If ticket-arena wanted more money they should charge more commission per ticket.
