I was eventually successful, so it was acceptable. But:
- why do you need mobile phone number? I only use my mobile in emergency. What is wrong with land-line, which I use all the time.
- I wanted to buy tickets for more than one event, but couldn't see a way of doing so, so Leeds International Festival has lost some custom.
