Why my rating is not higher: 1. There were problems with the website when I first tried to book - the 'find seats' button was not there. Managed to book the next day. 2. I needed 8 seats and had to split my booking - it made me anxious that the seats next to the first booked would be taken before I had time to continue. 3. The show's length showed 1hr30mins when I first checked (21 to 22:30) but was later changed to 1 hr (21 to 22). I would have preferred accurate information before booking.
