Order 8121392 (vitori) VERY disappointed as i purchased the tickets and paid in full 324.00 euro, however due to an error from YOUR end the tickets were not reserved, even though money was promptly taken from my account. As a result of this i ended up with having to fork out an extra 324 euro (until refund is processed) to reorder and even worse losing the originally purchased seats as these were purchased by someone else. I would have expected at least some sort of upgrade or discount not just receiving an apology email and being left off in a worse off position ! Had i not checked with you as to why i had not received the tickets i would have ended up not even being able to see the show....
