When I tried to get the tickets delivered via SMS, at 35c charge it just kept on timing out, saying "Processing" on the payment screen - very frustrating.
When I then emailed customer support, Glen was extremely helpful and we resolved the issue by email delivery. Thanks Glen! Huw
